Mr. James D. Miner is the President of Judge Audio Visual Solutions (JAVS), a subsidiary of The Judge Group that specializes in the design, integration and delivery of audio visual technology. Mr. Miner oversees the daily operations of the company and has over 20 years experience in the audiovisual and entertainment industries. Prior to JAVS, he was a partner of Audio Video Systems Group, a firm located in Broomall, PA which grew from a small commercial integrator into one of the areas leading firms. He also spent 15 years in the entertainment business working as a General Manager for artists such as Billy Joel, U2, Foreigner and many others both in America and around the world. Mr. Miner was responsible for all facets of the artists' tours including contract negotiations with promoters, arenas, unions, sound, lighting, video, trucking and busing contractors.
