Mr. Edward Carmody is the President of Judge Consulting Group. Ed is a an established industry professional with over 30 years of experience in delivering transformational technology solutions in a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Construction, and Non-Profits. Ed’s broad industry and technology experience includes leading ERP Integration initiatives, Service Oriented Architecture solutions, Enterprise Content Management, and business process automation. Ed has been a key business technology leader with Judge for the past 5 years and most recently was responsible for service delivery of all JCG client engagements.
Ed has an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems from Saint Joseph’s University and an MBA from Drexel University.

In John’s role as a director in our Application Development practice, he focuses on de-livering IT strategy and Enterprise Architecture solutions for all our clients. John has over 12 years of software industry experience and has done extensive solutions devel-opment work in the areas of commercial software product development and enterprise IT architecture design and planning. John’s has worked in a range of technical leader-ship positions prior to joining the Judge Consulting Group. Previous roles include his work as a technical leader at multiple high profile Healthcare and IT firms including CIGNA and Towers Perrin. He has been credited with development, implementation and delivery of numerous next-generation technical applications and services required to support both the Healthcare and Information Technology industry.

Jared has extensive experience in traditional Project and Program Management, PMO build-out and improvement efforts, Agile and Lean techniques. Jared’s industry experi-ence has been focused on Governance and Regulatory Compliance for Pharmaceutical and Health Insurance / Payer organizations.
Jared is a Certified ScrumMaster Practitioner, an experienced Agile team coach, is PMP certified, and has taught PMP certification prep classes, as well as delivered cus-tom Agile, Scrum and Lean training for individuals, corporations, and new Agile teams. He has worked with clients to improve their IT Project Management and software devel-opment capabilities, and has managed large-scale program and project management engagements.

John has over 15 years of “real world” IT program/project management experience lead-ing a variety of large-scale application development projects and PMOs. Specific areas of focus include developing project management frameworks for both waterfall and agile software delivery, coaching and mentoring junior project managers and business ana-lysts, coordinating with offshore teams, and implementing project governance process-es. He excels at team-building and getting people to work as a cohesive unit. John is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional and a Certified ScrumMaster. He en-gages all levels of leadership in sponsoring and buying into what IT solutions are intend-ed to deliver. He enjoys the challenge of transforming chaos into clearly defined deliver-ables that provide tangible business value.

Dan Lewis has a long history of architecting, developing, and deploying mobile, Intranet and web solutions for both private and public sector organ-izations.
Having worked with a variety of teams from public education to Fortune 500 in varying IT capacities for over 10 years has enabled Dan to hone his natural ability to bridge the gap between business leadership and technolo-gy, enabling delivery of IT solutions that effectively meet the organization\'s needs.
Additionally, Dan is an accomplished speaker and professional trainer, having presented at numerous events and conferences around the globe on the topics of mobility and web. Finally, he is a contributing author at CMSWire.com, discussing trends and observations in our mobile world.

Tom has over 12 years of experience in delivering technology solutions in variety of industries including Banking, Financial Services, and Pharmaceuticals. Tom’s broad industry experience spans across many different enterprises of various sizes including several fortune 500 companies. He has held senior leadership roles; and has led large and small international teams on all facets of IT.
Tom’s extensive expertise in IT Infrastructure projects and his experience ranges from in depth infrastructure analysis, design, engineering, troubleshooting, and automation technologies, as well as, voice, data, SIP and call center automation technologies. Tom also has in depth knowledge of Virtualization, Data Center optimization, consolidation, and design.
