October 14, 2008 (Philadelphia, PA) - The Judge Group, a professional services firm specializing in Technology Consulting, Enterprise-Wide Staffing and Corporate Training, announced today that the firm has hired industry veteran, James J. Klauber, to lead its Western US Operations as Managing Director of The Judge Group's Technical Staffing Division.

The announcement was made by Martin E. Judge, Jr., CEO and Founder of The Judge Group. "We needed an executive with Jim's experience and talent to lead our aggressive growth strategies for our western operations," stated Martin E. Judge, Jr. "We are delighted to welcome Jim to the Judge team. His expertise in the technology sector, coupled with his senior-level experience in management and sales, makes him a key addition to our staff and an excellent contribution to our growth initiatives."

Mr. Klauber brings more than 25 years of cross-functional experience in sales and marketing, corporate development, strategic planning, and product management to Judge. Prior to joining The Judge Group, Mr. Klauber's experience in the staffing industry included service with Comsys Technology Services as Senior Vice President of National Sales and Marketing, CDI Corporation as Executive Vice President of the Western Division, Adecco SA as Global Sales Officer and the Olsten Corporation ("now Adecco") as Senior Vice President of National Accounts and Integrated Management Services. In the technology sector, he has held senior management positions with Siemens / Linotype, Esselte and IBM. Additionally, Mr. Klauber has appeared as a featured speaker at major technology events such as Comdex and MacWorld.
