February 14, 2006--The Judge Group, www.judge.com, announced today that it has expanded its service offerings
and added a Professional Placement Division which focuses specifically on the placement of sales
and marketing professionals. The announcement was made by Martin E. Judge, founder and CEO,
of the 35 year old company. Judge Professional Placement will specifically specialize in the
placement and staffing services of mid-level to senior-level sales and marketing professionals
for a wide variety of clients and industries nationwide.

able to offer our clients. With Judge Professional, adding the sales and marketing placement discipline
continues our national expansion of our wide range of Human Capital Solutions," stated Mr. Judge.
In a separate announcement, Mr. Judge noted that he has promoted Ms. Katy Wiercinski to Chief Operating
Officer of the Company. Ms. Wiercinski was the Vice President of Human Resources for the Company since 1990.
Ms. Wiercinski has also held various administrative and managerial positions since joining the Company in 1981.
Mr. Judge continued, "I am proud to announce the promotion of such a key employee in our organization.
