June 17, 2008 (Philadelphia, PA) – The Judge Group, a professional services firm specializing in Technology Consulting, Enterprise-Wide Staffing and Corporate Training, announced today that Mr. Bryan L. Rishforth has been appointed to President of Judge International.

In an effort to strengthen and broaden the growing base of global clients, The Judge Group has hired Mr. Rishforth to immediately assume the responsibility for building the firm’s international business with an initial focus in the global markets of China, India, Canada and Europe.

Prior to joining Judge, Mr. Rishforth founded R&R Global Partners, Ltd and Cerberus Capital Consultants, LLC where as Managing Partner; he provided private equity advisory, operations and financial consulting services to private investment funds and Top10 Wall Street private equity and hedge funds. Previously, at GE and GE Capital he served in senior leadership and executive management positions across its manufacturing, services, and financing businesses, including roles as general manager and division executive. From 1989 to 2005 his career with GE included numerous leadership assignments to acquire, integrate and grow its North America, Asia, and European operations.

Mr. Rishforth serves as Non-executive Director of Air Canada-Jazz (JAZ.UN-T), is a former board member of Sylvania Lighting International (US/Europe) and Peguform Automotive (Europe), and is Vice-Chairman Emeritus of Global Motorsport Group (US/Germany/Taiwan). He is an active member of the Mid-Atlantic Capital Alliance, the Eastern Technology Council, and Philadelphia's Business Leaders Network. He is known for his participation on industry panels and for making guest speaking appearances at industry symposiums.
