The Judge Group’s Janet L. Harbour Recognized on Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2023 Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing List

Janet L. Harbour, The Judge Group’s Senior Vice President of Client Strategy and Growth, has been named to the 2023 Global Power 150 list by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). The Global Power 150 is a prestigious list of the most influential women in the staffing industry, which includes chief executive officers, sales leaders, and industry spokespeople.

Harbour’s role on Judge’s senior leadership team since 2008 has been pivotal, driving remarkable revenue growth and annual expansion. She attributes personal accountability, a positive attitude, perseverance, and reliability among the cornerstones of her success and is committed to providing operational excellence to Judge’s clients.  

Harbour’s contributions to Judge’s technical staffing business have been remarkable and helped to elevate Judge to the top echelon of the industry. In 2023, SIA ranked Judge as the 12th largest U.S. IT Staffing firm, and among the largest 1% of all U.S. Staffing Firms.  

Harbour fervently advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and supports employee resource groups for Women’s Empowerment, People of Color, Veterans, and LGBTQIA+.
