The Judge Group Appoints Derek Sager as new Chief Financial Officer

The Judge Group, an international leader in talent solutions, business technology consulting, learning, and managed services announces the appointment of Derek Sager as Chief Financial Officer. 

 Derek brings over 25 years of progressive financial accounting and operations experience with a focus in privately held businesses. His career includes a significant tenure at CAI, a privately held IT consulting and professional services firm in Allentown, PA. He is also an alumnus of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was responsible for managing financial statement audits, covering complex and high-risk areas, and serving as a leader in the firm’s forensic advisory practice.  

As CFO, Derek will oversee Judge’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and auditing.  In addition to overseeing finance and accounting, Derek will serve on Judge’s executive team.

Derek holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lehigh University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He resides in Titusville, NJ with his wife, three children and three dogs.  

The Judge Group also extends its deepest gratitude to Rob Alessandrini, who, after a transformative 25-year tenure as CFO, will transition to a new role as Strategic Consultant. In this capacity, Rob will continue to impart his wisdom and experience, steering Judge towards the realization of key strategic priorities. His legacy as CFO—marked by significant contributions to the company’s growth, strategic acquisitions, treasury management, tax planning, reporting, and investor relations—has been instrumental in cementing The Judge Group’s status as a powerhouse in the talent, consulting, and learning sectors.
