Stephen D. Green

Stephen (Steve) Green is the President of Judge Direct Placement, a division of The Judge Group. Over the last 20+ years with Judge, Steve has played an integral part in launching new branches, developing and managing recruitment teams, and making a difference in the blossoming careers of many new recruiters.

Steve learned early on from industry veterans that servicing the client’s needs is the number one priority and the best way to do that is through honest and clear communication. Today, Judge Direct Placement is a team of 60+ recruiters with a broad range of manufacturing industry expertise. Steve manages a national network that enables Judge to deliver the best possible talent solutions in the fastest ways possible for many clients across the U.S.

In early 2022, Judge acquired Slayton Search Partners based in Chicago, IL. Steve took on responsibility of this new acquisition, which has greatly strengthened Judge’s expertise in the retained executive search arena.

Steve is a graduate of West Chester University and resides in West Chester, PA. In his spare time, Steve enjoys golfing and eating out with friends and family.
