(Wayne, PA)- Nancy Burr has been a member of The Judge Group team for the past year as Vice President of Enterprise Accounts. We are excited that, as we go forward, she is taking leadership of our Marketing and Creative Staffing line of business. It is in creative staffing where Burr’s passions truly lie. Burr is a hands-on leader with a background in both the corporate and agency side of advertising and marketing businesses. Over the past year, she has compiled a team of exceptional recruiters who share her passion and unique perspective on the candidate-recruiter relationship. She brings over twenty years of experience supporting clients’ creative staffing needs to her mission. Understanding both the client and talent side of the equation, Burr has helped creative professionals find their dream jobs, develop their skills with progressive roles, and support the growth of candidates through advice and best practices – all while supporting the growth and excellence of her clients’ businesses.

Ms. Burr is a Pennsylvania native who lives in West Chester, PA. She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.
