Allison Leonardo

Allison (Alli) Leonardo joined Judge Learning Solutions in 2018. Alli has over 10 years of experience cultivating talent development business partnerships, both internally and externally at Fortune 500 companies. As a Vice President, she helps companies execute their learning and development strategies.

Alli has an undergraduate degree in Finance, an MBA, and a certification as a Professional in Training Management from Training Industry. Alli lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and son. She has great pride for the city of Atlanta and the professionals that shape the learning and development community. Alli has a strong partnership with ATD Greater Atlanta and leads ATD’s Employee Learning Week efforts.
