With over 33 years of experience, Charlton Monsanto is a business leader with expertise in consulting, technology strategy and management, user experience strategy, marketing, and sales leadership. He enjoys creatively applying the range and combination of these disciplines to solve complex business problems – applying empathy and design with technology disciplines to solve for digital customer and employee engagement strategies.

Always an innovator, problem solver and consultant at heart, after Drexel University Charlton held various leadership roles at Broadreach Consulting, LiquidHub, Prudential Fox & Roach/The Trident Group (CIO), back to LiquidHub (acquired by Capgemini), and now The Judge Group. Across his career, future casting, trendspotting and helping to shape company strategy, go-to-market strategies, offers, and competitive positioning have been a constant focus (and a passion) – specifically as it relates to the application of new and emerging technologies to increase customer and user engagement strategies.

Charlton has held leadership roles in capability practice leadership, M&A integration, COE leadership, global offer development, deal orchestration, marketing, and organization and operating model design.

Currently, as Judge’s Executive Vice President of Integrated Services & Innovation, Charlton leads the development, communication, implementation, and execution of business strategies related to global managed services.

Charlton earned his Bachelor and Master of Science in Information Systems degrees from Drexel University. He lives with his wife in Pennsylvania and is a devoted and passionate husband and father. In his extra time Charlton helps with fundraising, coaching & mentorship, and enjoys any activity on and near the ocean. Charlton is originally from Curaçao, Netherland Antilles and is fluent in English, Dutch, and Spanish.
