Dennis F. Judge

Dennis (Denny) Judge joined The Judge Group in 1996 to help lead the firm’s internet recruiting and job board strategy. Denny eventually built out the company’s entire internet recruiting strategy and over time, established a dedicated sourcing team for the company’s staffing and direct hire businesses. Denny also took on the responsibility of the company’s internal talent acquisition strategy, understanding that the internal hiring of sales, recruiting, management, and back-office personnel was mission critical to Judge’s continued growth and success.

In 2005, Denny teamed up with Judge’s President, Brian Anderson to help rebuild several external office locations. Together, they built a plan to expand Judge across North America, and successfully opened 20+ new locations for the IT staffing business. Today, as Executive Vice President, Denny works closely with leadership and management teams to meet and exceed Judge’s goals of continued growth and success. Denny is a graduate of West Chester University, and serves on the West Chester University Business Advisory Council.

Denny resides in Wayne, PA with his daughter Tiana. While not in the office, he enjoys spending time at the New Jersey shore in Avalon, NJ; as well as golfing, traveling, and is a die-hard Philadelphia sports fan!
