Derek Sager

Derek Sager has over 25 years of professional experience with a focus on privately held businesses. He is an alumnus of PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was responsible for financial statement audits covering complex and high-risk privately held, family-owned ventured capital-backed businesses. He also served as a manager within the firm’s forensic advisory practice.  Before joining The Judge Group, he served in various finance positions at CAI, a privately held global technology services firm.   

At The Judge Group, Derek is responsible for leading strategic finance, overseeing financial operations including treasury, tax compliance, financial systems and transformation. 

Derek holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Lehigh University, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation.  

He resides in Titusville, NJ with his wife and three children.
