Janet L. Harbour

Janet Harbour joined The Judge Group in 2008 to form a new strategic account management group and drive exponential growth for the company. In her role as Senior Vice President of Client Strategy and Growth, she is focused on the development of large enterprise customers through the integration of Judge’s diversified portfolio service offerings. As a member of the leadership team, Janet appreciates the opportunity to collaborate with an amazing group of colleagues and customers who challenge her every day to achieve excellence and deliver best-in-class services. A steady and passionate focus on putting our customers first, forming trusted relationships, and producing mutually beneficial results has afforded Janet the privilege to consistently gain the respect of her peers and clients.

When not at work, Janet enjoys spending time with her husband, Jay, whether it be sweating through two-hour adrenaline-packed spin classes or simply enjoying some rest and relaxation together watching a good movie.
