Jillian Maloney

Jillian Maloney joined The Judge Group in 2022 as Head of Product Innovation. Having worked in product management for over nine years, most recently in the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) industry, Jillian has built a wide range of products for clients across the globe including data analytics, recruitment, and social platforms. Her passion and vision for product success rely heavily on user empathy, Agile methodologies, and continuously delivering value at scale. While aiming to foster an environment of ideation, collaboration, and feedback to develop subscription-based applications, she will pave the way to adopting a SaaS business model at Judge Consulting. Jillian is a graduate of the University of Delaware.
