Lise Throup

Lise Thorup is the Senior Vice President of Recruiting Operations for the Judge Group. With 30 years of experience in the recruiting industry, Lise joined the firm in 2010. She leads Judge’s redeployment initiative and recruits senior-level candidates in the technology industry. Prior to her elevation to recruiting operations, Lise was the Vice President of Recruiting. In that role, she directly developed and guided a team of recruiters supporting multiple clients. With hands-on experience recruiting, Lise is known as a go-to resource who works collaboratively to identify and understand client needs so that Judge Group may achieve effective, strategic talent acquisition.  

Lise earned a bachelor’s degree in retail management from Mount Ida College. She lives in Massachusetts with her husband, is the proud mother of two young adults, and enjoys spending time on the beach with her two golden retrievers.
