Meghan Roberts

Meghan Roberts joined The Judge Group in 2021 to build the strategic human resources function of the organization and cultivate a values-driven culture. She specializes in talent management, organizational dynamics, and leadership development. In her role as Executive Vice President of Human Resources, she is focused on creating a strong employee value proposition that attracts, engages, and retains the best talent in the professional services industry. Leveraging her management consultant background along with her 20+ years in HR Meghan has led organization-wide initiatives in compensation management, strategic planning, culture transformation, and employee engagement.

Meghan began her career as a management consultant before transitioning into HR leadership roles at professional services firms. Meghan received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from St. Joseph’s University and her master’s degree in Adult Learning and Organizational Development from Temple University. She is a certified leadership coach, DISC facilitator, and Hogan Assessments practitioner. In 2022, Meghan was recognized by SIA as one of the Global Power 150 Women in Staffing for her contributions at The Judge Group. When she is not at Judge, you can find Meghan on the sidelines at the local sports field cheering for her kids.
