Michael Cooper

Michael E. Cooper has been with the Judge Group since 1989 and currently serves as Director of the Providence, RI and Bentonville, AR offices. 

Michael has worked in a variety of roles throughout his career with The Judge Group. Starting in 1989 as a recruiter, he was promoted to recruiting manager. Later, Michael moved into an Account Manager position where he again was promoted to Sales Manager. After several years in these roles Michael was promoted to Director in 1998. 

Michael started with Judge when there were only 2 offices in the Judge Group Contract Solutions division. Today there are over 35 offices worldwide. 

Michael resides in Providence, RI with his wife of 33 years (Lia). He has two children who have recently graduated from Tulane University and Bryant University. (Kayleigh and Cameron). 

Michael has his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rhode Island College.  

He enjoys Hockey, Golf, and good wine.
