Michael R. Tedesco

Michael Tedesco is Executive Vice President of Sales at The Judge Group. Mike is passionate about technology and has over 25 years of experience helping companies find the resources and services they need to stay competitive. As Executive Vice President, Mike is responsible for leading sales, delivery, and growth of Judge’s global IT talent services. Throughout his 20-year career with The Judge Group, Mike has been an integral part of building and expanding Judge’s sales operations and domestic and international client base.

Mike joined The Judge Group as a Sr. Account Executive in 2003, to combine his interest in technology with his staffing industry experience. At Judge, his early success came from deploying a simple, quality-based account management process, which landed several new customers in the Philadelphia market. In 2010, Mike was asked to take on a new challenge – to launch a new branch in Philadelphia, PA. Over a three-year period, this new branch grew from an emerging office to one of the largest IT staffing branches at Judge.

Mike loves to surround himself with passionate, independent people who have a strong work ethic and a competitive spirit. His favorite quote is: “Being successful is neither an art nor a science, it’s a practice.”

Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from DeSales University in Pennsylvania and lives in the Greater Philadelphia area with his wife Kerry and two sons. When he is not working, he can often be found riding snowmobiles or ATVs, or relaxing at the beach in Wildwood, NJ.
