Mick Angelichio

Mick Angelichio joined The Judge Group in 2004 and has been an integral part of building and propelling Judge’s healthcare staffing division, which was ranked as the 14th largest healthcare staffing firm in 2021 by Staffing Industry Analysts.

Mick started his career in 1987 as a recruiter in Philadelphia, PA where he gained many of the foundational skills and best practices he employs today. After four years as a recruiter, Mick moved into a sales role and found he was successful at establishing local relationships and was soon promoted to branch manager and then regional manager. As a regional manager, he was responsible for winning and running vendor-managed programs and expanding into other key markets.

Upon arriving at Judge in 2004, Mick’s goal was to build a healthcare talent acquisition division that would cover the entire ecosystem of healthcare staffing needs. With a strong vision, and direction by Judge’s CEO, Marty Judge, and by working with some of the best talent in the staffing industry, Mick built Judge Healthcare, which would provide staffing in all 50 states.

Mick graduated from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where he wrestled for the college team. His personal interests include vacationing with his wife and three children, exotic/classic cars, and playing golf and softball. As a long-time fan and ticket holder of the Philadelphia Eagles, he can often be found at the stadium cheering the team on.
