Molly Heilmann

Vice President - Custom Learning Solutions, Judge Learning Solutions

Molly Heilmann joined Judge Learning Solutions (JLS) in 2010 and currently serves as Vice President, Custom Learning Solutions. When Molly started, JLS did not have internal capabilities to design and develop bespoke training for its clients. Molly worked with Judge’s leadership team to build what is now called Custom Learning Solutions (CLS). For over a decade, Molly led the growing CLS team, growing the business from nothing to close to $4 million dollars a year in business.

Molly splits her time between San Diego, CA and San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico where she enjoys the great outdoors, teaching yoga, swimming in the ocean, and playing pickleball.
