Monika Mishra joined Judge India Solutions in August 2016. As Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, she is responsible for overall hiring for leadership and corporate roles. As she has been with Judge India Solutions since its inception, her efforts have been instrumental in hiring the entire workforce.

With 12+ years of experience, she has added value for multiple IT and MNC giants through her extensive experience in IT, Sales, Leadership, Consulting, Strategic, and Corporate Hiring. Monika has received her MBA degree and a management diploma from one of the premier institutes in India.

Her core strengths are her ability to multi-task, stay organized, and have the perseverance to strive for the best. In her personal time, she likes to spend time with family, play with his 5 years old son, watch movies and she is a big fan of parties and dancing.  Currently, she resides in Noida, India.
