Nancy Burr joined The Judge Group in 2022 in charge of the company’s Creative and Marketing talent business. Nancy has over 21 years of experience in the Creative and Marketing staffing industry. She is truly passionate about this space and is responsible for a fully dedicated national team of recruiting experts who strive to always deliver the best quality talent quickly to clients.

Nancy is a graduate of Penn State University. She lives in West Chester, PA with her two teenage boys. She enjoys traveling, cooking, golfing, playing cornhole, kayaking and spending time with friends and family.
