Thomas Kolesk

Thomas (Tom) Kolesk is a Senior Vice President of Recruiting Operations at The Judge Group. Tom joined Judge in 2013 as a Technical Recruiter. Since that time, he has held many roles from Senior Recruiter, to Delivery Manager for one of Judge’s Fortune 100 clients, to Vice President of Recruiting for the Philadelphia, PA location, to Senior Vice President of Recruiting Operations for Professional Services. In his current role, Tom has developed and oversees a team of recruiting experts dedicated to servicing client’s professional services, functional, and operational staffing needs on a national level.

Tom currently lives in New Haven, CT with his wife, Ashley, and their son, James. Tom spends his free time at the Jersey Shore, going to concerts, and obsessing over Philadelphia sports.
