Tiana Johnson

Tiana has served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and Internship Program Manager for The Judge Group since February 2021. Growing up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Tiana attended Neshaminy High School before pursuing higher education at the University of Pittsburgh and Johnson C. Smith University.

In her role, Tiana has demonstrated exceptional leadership by spearheading the recruiting efforts of the organization’s Managed Services department and overseeing the growth and management of the organization’s internship program, ensuring the development of future leaders. Her commitment to excellence has significantly contributed to the organization’s growth and success. Tiana is deeply committed to helping young professionals achieve their career goals. Through mentorship and guidance, she has empowered numerous interns and new hires to reach their full potential, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Before joining The Judge Group, Tiana co-owned and operated a successful SEO tech company, where she honed her skills in technology and business management. Additionally, she managed operations at the largest private fitness organization in Philadelphia, demonstrating her versatility and expertise across different industries.

Beyond her primary responsibilities, Tiana is a dedicated member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Committee and co-chairs the Empowering People of Color Employee Resource Group. Her dedication to these initiatives underscores her commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace environment. Her ambition is to advance the organization’s diversity goals and create a more equitable workplace for all.

Outside of work, Tiana was a former Olympic weightlifter for Team USA and is a passionate supporter of the Manchester City Premier Soccer Club and New Zealand’s All Blacks Rugby Team, showcasing her enthusiasm for sports both professionally and personally.
