Tom Thew

Tom Thew joined The Judge Group in 2016 and leads the Direct Hire placement practice for the East region. He manages a team, oversees search engagements, builds client relationships, and drives growth and strategy. With over 20 years of experience in IT and Finance and Accounting searches, Tom uses his industry knowledge to place top-tier talent. His commitment to excellence has made him a trusted advisor. 

Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Shippensburg University. His career includes numerous successful placements and long-term partnerships, reflecting his dedication to matching talent with opportunities. 

Tom lives in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, with his wife and two teenage boys. He coaches lacrosse and supports his kids at sporting events. In his free time, Tom enjoys attending Philadelphia Eagles games and spending quality time with his family. His passion for sports and community involvement is evident in both his personal and professional life.
