The Judge Group Appoints Nina Lotfi as Senior Vice President of Transformation
The Judge Group, an international leader in talent solutions, business technology consulting, learning, and managed services, announces the appointment of Nina Lotfi as Senior Vice President of Transformation.
In this newly created position, Nina will play a pivotal role in developing and managing Judge’s multiyear strategies. She will oversee the Transformation and Enterprise Project Management Office, leveraging her 20+ years of experience in leading technology and operational transformations by partnering closely with Judge’s executive, division, and senior leaders to drive the execution of the company’s strategic roadmap and annual plan.
Nina is an innovation and transformational leader with an impressive track record of driving digital transformations, operational excellence and executing complex strategic roadmaps. Throughout her career, she has held executive positions at major corporations such as Vanguard and DaVita. She has experience in increasing employee engagement through organizational leadership, coaching, talent development, and DEI initiatives; development and execution of multi-year technology roadmaps focused on multichannel client experiences; driving operational resilience and scale through LEAN leadership of front and back-office operations; and maintaining and growing revenue through superior relationship and account management.

Nina holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a Master of Science in Finance from Temple University, and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Louis University. In 2019, she was recognized as one of the Best and Brightest EMBAs by Poets and Quants. Nina is a strong advocate for childhood education and equity, serves on the boards of several respected local non-profit organizations and is an engaged member of her community, exemplifying her commitment to driving positive change. She lives with her husband and two children in Pennsylvania.
